A cottage food business produces certain low-risk food products (like cookies) in a residential kitchen. Both North Dakota and Minnesota have cottage food laws allowing home bakers to legally sell directly to consumers without operating from a commercial kitchen.

As a cottage food operation, our home kitchen is not inspected by the state or local health department — that is perfectly legal under both ND and MN cottage food laws. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. All products are labeled per state requirements.

Local pickup only in the Fargo-Moorhead area. After your order is confirmed, we'll provide the exact pickup address and coordinate a time that works for you. We do also offer shipping at this time for large order.

Stored in an airtight container at room temperature: 5–7 days. Freeze in a sealed bag for up to 3 months — thaw at room temp for 30 minutes and they're back to fresh. (They never last 5 days in most households, though.)

Our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you or someone in your household has a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can talk through whether our cookies are right for you.
