Caitlyn Dao

Baker, neighbor, person who just really loves to bake.

It started simple enough: I've always loved to bake! Over the winter, I would bake so many cookies that my husband was constantly snacking on them!

That's when it clicked. What I was doing in my kitchen wasn't just a hobby — it was something people genuinely loved. So I made it official.

Oh Fer Cute! Baked Goods started right here in the Fargo-Moorhead area, out of a kitchen that smells like vanilla and brown butter on a good day. Every cookie is still made by hand, in small batches, with the same recipes I've refined over the years. No shortcuts. No preservatives. Just the real thing.

Who am I?

Mother, wife, and unabashed nerd

I am a mother of an amazing toddler son, wife to an amazingly supportive husband, and an ardent Hamilton fan!

When I am not baking, you can find me playing with my son, watching (and impatiently waiting) for new seasons of my favorite shows, and listening to any type of audiobook! I am also a passionate puzzler and love to kick back and play Dungeons and Dragons with my husband and our friends.

I am also an avid traveler! From Paris to Tokyo, New Orleans to the Florida Keys. We are a big Disney family and I am proud to admit I have been to 4 Disney parks in 3 continents!

🧈

Real Butter Only

Never margarine. Real butter gives that golden crisp edge and rich flavor you simply can't fake with a substitute.

🌿

No Preservatives

Our cookies have a shelf life because they're real food — 5–7 days at their best. No chemicals extending that window.

🤲

Handmade Every Time

Every cookie is shaped and placed by hand. Small batches. You can actually taste the difference that makes.

📦

Made to Order

We bake your order for your specific pickup date. Fresh on arrival — not sitting on a shelf since last Tuesday.

What We Stand For

Baked with intention.

Every choice reflects what we believe a homemade cookie should be.

Our Community

Fargo-Moorhead

This community showed up for us from day one. Neighbors, parents from school drop-off, coworkers, Facebook friends we'd never met in person — they all became our first customers. We're not a brand trying to "break into" this market. We live here, shop here, and raise our family here.
